By accessing lwncreators.com and submitting a creator application you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee approval into the creator program
• LivingWell Nutraceuticals reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion
• Free product is offered at no cost to approved creators with no obligation to post
• Creators who choose to post about Rub On Relief must comply with FTC disclosure guidelines and clearly disclose that they received free product

Creators who receive free product and choose to post about it are required by FTC guidelines to disclose the relationship. This includes adding disclosures such as "#ad," "#gifted," or "#sponsored" to any content featuring Rub On Relief. LivingWell Nutraceuticals is not responsible for creator non-compliance with FTC guidelines.

For creators participating in paid review or sponsorship arrangements, payment terms will be agreed upon in writing prior to content creation. Payment is processed upon satisfactory content delivery as agreed.

Creators participating in TikTok Shop affiliate programs are subject to TikTok Shop's own terms and conditions in addition to these terms. Commission rates and structures are subject to change.

By submitting an application you grant LivingWell Nutraceuticals the right to contact you regarding your creator profile. Any content you choose to create about Rub On Relief remains your intellectual property unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

LivingWell Nutraceuticals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the creator program.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
